Welcome to WRAITHVISION. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the WRAITHVISION website at https://xpunisherll.ovh and everything we sell through it. By accessing the site or buying a product, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using WRAITHVISION.
Except for content you own, WRAITHVISION and its licensors own all intellectual property and material contained on this website and in the software we provide. You are granted a limited license for the sole purpose of viewing this website and personally using any product you have paid for.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
We value your privacy and collect as little as we can. To operate the licensing system and protect against fraud and abuse, we process technical data such as your IP address, a hardware identifier (HWID) and login activity. We apply industry-standard measures to protect this information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is ever 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may share limited data with the third-party services that run our payments and infrastructure strictly to deliver your order, and we expect those providers to keep it confidential. We do not sell your data. By using WRAITHVISION you consent to this processing.
In no event shall WRAITHVISION or anyone operating it be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or software, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. WRAITHVISION shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising out of or related to your use of the website or software, including any account bans, hardware issues or losses within any game.
You agree to indemnify WRAITHVISION to the fullest extent against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way from your breach of any provision of these Terms.
WRAITHVISION offers a limited refund policy. Refunds may be granted for keys that have not been activated or used. Where a refund is issued, you get the purchase price back minus the crypto network (transaction) fees, which are covered by you; we do not add any administration or processing markup on top. Whether a refund applies is decided at our discretion based on the specifics of each case.
Once a key has been activated it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 48 hours of purchase; requests made after that window will not be eligible. We reserve the right to discontinue a subscription at any time without issuing a refund or any guarantee of future access.
Licenses and accounts must be obtained through our official payment system only. WRAITHVISION is not liable for claims regarding third-party intellectual property, and you agree to hold us harmless from such claims. Unless we authorise otherwise, a license is valid for use on a single device (enforced by HWID). Accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund for unauthorised key sharing, issuing chargebacks or payment disputes, misuse of the software, abusive behaviour, or any action that breaks our community rules or supports competing services.
Support requests are handled through our Discord and are normally processed within 72 hours, unless something unforeseen comes up. Please include your transaction ID so we can find your order quickly.
You must accept all terms of this EULA to download, install or use the software. WRAITHVISION retains full ownership of, and all rights to, the software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the software. Violating this EULA results in immediate revocation of your license with no refund.
WRAITHVISION does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or usefulness of any information or content on this website, nor that any product will remain undetected at any given moment. Your use of any information, materials or software from this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
WRAITHVISION reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
WRAITHVISION is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, embargoes, actions of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transport, fuel, energy, labour, materials or similar occurrences.
